TCC: Open Classroom Week Registration is Now Open! (RSVP by October 7, 2026)

One of my favorite times of the semester is here. Open Classroom Week is officially open for visitors! We have an incredible variety of classes and disciplines represented this year, and I am excited for our campus community to have the opportunity to learn from one another.

I know how busy everyone is, which is why I especially want to thank the faculty members who have generously opened their classrooms. Your willingness to welcome colleagues into your teaching spaces helps create a culture of sharing, learning, and support across our college.

Open Classroom Week will take place from October 12 through October 23. I warmly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to visit classes and observe your colleagues in action. Whether you are looking for fresh ideas, reflecting on your own teaching, or simply curious about what is happening in classrooms across campus, there is something for everyone.

The program is open to all faculty and professional staff. If you would like to visit one or more classes during Open Classroom Week, please RSVP by October 7. This will allow me to notify participating faculty and finalize the visit schedule.

Let's celebrate the amazing teaching, creativity happening across our college while learning from one another along the way!
